Rosehill Jams & Preserves, founded by Joeleen Tasker, is a culinary venture rooted in the picturesque landscapes of Rosedale QLD, and on the banks of the pristine Baffle Creek QLD. Nestled on a 790 acre cattle property named ‘Rosehill’ Tasker Family Farm. Joeleen and her family find inspiration for their delectable creations. Driven by a vision to craft jams and preserves that perfectly enhance the rich flavours of Beef.

The overwhelming support from family and friends encouraged her to share these delightful treats with a broader audience. Initially supplying local businesses. Rosehill Jams & Preserves hope to expand online , spreading the joy of homemade flavours.

Rosehill Jams & Preserves takes pride in its diverse range of specialty small-batch delights, including jams, preserves, chutneys, pickles and dehydrated fruits. We source our ingredients from the bountiful Wide Bay QLD area, ensuring only the finest produce finds its way into our creations. Collaborating with small, independent producers is at the heart of our commitment to quality. We also offer made-to-order hampers, gift boxes, and special occasion favors. From weddings to commercial events, our thoughtfully crafted products add a touch of homemade charm, making every celebration a flavourful experience.
